Employment Relations

The VTA provides workforce relations advice to Institutes as well as advice on specific human resource and industrial relations issues.  Related services include advice on contracts of employment, professional development, strategic advice on industrial relations matters, and assistance in negotiating with unions and representing member organisations with unfair dismissal claims and industrial disputes.

Regular HR Network meetings are part of the Association’s professional development program. These events are designed to meet the individual needs and concerns of our members.
