2016 VTA State Conference
Future now collaborate innovate
In an environment of ever increasing change and market complexity, the ability for businesses and the workforce to evolve will be a precious differentiator between competitors. Innovation will be critical for success in local, national and international markets.
Victoria’s public VET providers are the foundation for the state’s workforce development needs. As the economy and our communities transition to meet these challenges of evolution, TAFEs are likewise repositioning what and how we service Victoria to maintain our role as an enabler for the state’s economic and social reform.
To foster innovation, we need to ourselves be innovative. The products and services we offer now must meet the needs of a future beyond the horizon, and must leverage our considerable strengths. The collaborative relationships our public VET providers have with all the key stakeholders: industry; government; businesses; our communities; citizens; and each other are critical for success.
The 2016 VTA State Conference program brings together an exciting list of local and international speakers to engage the might of Victoria’s public VET sector leaders in the challenge to collaborate and innovate, and realise the future now!
